Delicious and easy to make smoothies are the perfect energy booster and are loaded with high quality nutrition. Place all of the ingredients for one smoothie into a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy!

Cherry Almond Smoothie (TYPE A)


  • 2 cups organic soy milk
  • 1 10oz package of frozen organic pitted cherries
  • ¼ cup of creamy raw organic almond butter
  • 1 level scoop of Protein Blend Powder A

Mango Breakfast Smoothie (TYPE O) 


  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and sliced off pit
  • 1 cup of rice milk (or more for a thinner drink)
  • 1 banana peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 level scoop of Protein Blend Powder O
  • Lemon juice to taste

Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie (TYPE AB) 


  • 6 ripe organic strawberries
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • ½ cup plain organic yogurt
  • ¾ cup pineapple juice
  • 1 level scoop of Protein Blend Powder B/AB

Papaya Sunrise Smoothie (TYPE B)


  • 2 cups papaya juice
  • ½ cup of plain organic yogurt
  • 6 ripe organic strawberries
  • Honey to taste if desired
  • 1 level scoop of Protein Blend Powder B/AB
