Lemon Ginger Salmon

This delicious dish is excerpted from the upcoming series of Personalized Living Using the Blood Type Diet® cookbooks.

Salad Ingredients:

  • 1 lb wild salmon
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon honey

How to Make it:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Rub 1 teaspoon olive oil on salmon and season with sea salt.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the zest of 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon
    olive oil, ginger and honey until combined. Brush evenly over the top of
    your salmon.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
