Lemon Ginger Salmon

This delicious dish is excerpted from the upcoming series of Personalized Living Using the Blood Type Diet® cookbooks.
- 1 lb wild salmon
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon honey
How to Make it:
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Rub 1 teaspoon olive oil on salmon and season with sea salt.
- In a small bowl, mix the zest of 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon
olive oil, ginger and honey until combined. Brush evenly over the top of
